Advises on commercial and technology contracts, corporate matters, financing and derivatives documentation. Works in Polish and English on domestic and cross-border projects.

How we share responsibility? Before taking on a case we designate the lead partner. For matters combining dispute, contract and finance both partners collaborate, but the client always knows the contact person.
